Stock Count Import (SCI) allows counted quantities to be imported to a Microsoft Dynamics™ GP Stock Count ID from a file.
Import counted quantities for a started Stock Count ID from a comma or tab delimited file.
Stock Count IDs are started and created within Microsoft Dynamics™ GP.
Start a Stock count ID, open the Compass Technologies Stock Count Import window, select the file and simply import.
Imported counted quantities are displayed.
If conflicting inventory data is recognized by SCI, an error report will present the area in which the data is conflicting providing for a simple resolution.
After importing counted quantities, complete stock count processing within Dynamics GP.
SCI recognizes Dynamics GP item numbers and any other item numbers defined within Compass Technologies’ applications including: Inventory Cross Reference and Matrix Inventory.
