Every support plan includes access to our Software Maintenance program. Customers have access to software updates and upgrades as they are released.

Benefits include:

  • All major and minor software updates for 12 months
  • Online resources and knowledge base
  • Online access to product registration keys
  • Online access to downloads for all licensed products

After-hours support is available to customers enrolled in a service plan. After-hours technical support carries a nominal surcharge at the time of the request. After-hour technical support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including U.S. holidays. Please call (989) 776-1090 for support outside of standard business hours.

All customers have access to our comprehensive knowledge base. The online database is only accessible through the Compass Portal using a secure username and password.
